ABOUT ME

In 2013, I joined the US Air Force as a Medic and have worked with multiple Army, Marine and Foreign units. I have served as Medic, Instructor and Team Leader during my 10 years of service, including a recently deployment to Bagram AB, Afghanistan.

In 2016, I became a full time Real Estate agent serving the Central Florida area, in a short time I was able to become a top volume salesman on a highly lauded team.

In 2018, I began working as the Compliance Officer and Training Manager for Robert Slack LLC, Ranked 1 by the Wall Street Journal's "The Thousands List" for both Sales Volume and Transaction Volume in the State of Florida. Over the course of 3 years I developed a complete online training system and deployed multiple complex data systems which allowed the Brokerage to scale and develop over time. I ended my time with Robert Slack in 2022 at the Director Level

In 2022, I decided to create my own company, Advanced Real Estate Systems LLC, which focuses on assisting smaller Brokerages to modernize, scale and excel in the changing real estate landscape. We analyze, develop and deploy data, sales and contract management systems.

In 2023, after selling residential real estate for 7 years I made the switch to commercial real estate, investments and business funding. My goal is to focus on big projects, with exciting commercial, real estate development  and business implications.

Allen Gorby is a seasoned project estimator and project manager with over 30 years of construction industry experience, spanning roles from labor and craftsmanship to senior leadership. A third-generation contractor, he has successfully managed projects ranging from $150,000 to $10 million for state and local municipalities, Department of Defense (DOD) contracts, and medical facilities across multiple states. His career progression includes roles as Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, and Vice President, reflecting deep industry expertise and leadership. Allen’s project philosophy centers on balancing scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring precision through accurate measurement and proactive management. His results-driven approach delivers high-quality outcomes, even in complex and multi-state development projects.
